- You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.

To start a return:

- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 24 business hours with instructions and a return address.
- Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Fofreso’s mistake (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- The original shipping fee is non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are usually processed within 4–9 business days, depending on your bank.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you and may return the item to you.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges.
If you want a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

- Fofreso is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments if customers do not use a trackable shipping service.
