Cancellation Policy

At Fofreso, we understand that plans may change. That’s why we provide a clear and simple cancellation process. Please review the terms below before submitting your request.

1. When Can You Cancel an Order?

  • You may cancel your order only if it has not yet shipped.
  • Once your package is handed over to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • However, you can still return the item after delivery by following our Return & Refund Policy.
  • To improve your chances, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation:

  1. Email us at support@fofreso.com as soon as possible.
  2. Include your name, order number, and reason for cancellation.
  3. Our support team will review your request and reply with your order’s status.

If the order has not shipped:

  • We will approve your cancellation.
  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 4–9 business days, depending on your payment provider.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

Some orders are not eligible for cancellation, including:

  • Orders that have already shipped
  • Customized or made-to-order products

If your order cannot be canceled, you may still return it after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

  • Approved cancellations will receive a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
  • If your order has already been packed and prepared for shipment but has not yet been handed over to the carrier, Fofreso reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.
  • Refunds usually appear in your account within 4–9 business days.

5. Disclaimer

  • Fofreso is not responsible for delays in cancellation requests caused by missing or incorrect order details.
  • Once the package is transferred to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
