Ordering

1. How can I place an order on Fofreso?
Browse our product collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, review your order, and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

2. Can I make changes to my order after placing it?
If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to modify it. Please contact us at support@fofreso.com as soon as possible.
For exchanges, please follow our Return & Refund Policy. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll ship the replacement. If the item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

3. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
No, we do not currently offer gift wrapping or gift message services.


Shipping

1. Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from the United States.

2. How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days after shipping.

3. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

4. Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options.

5. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.


Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

2. How do I initiate a return?
Email support@fofreso.com with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

3. What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after your return is received and approved.

4. Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Cancellations

1. Can I cancel my order?
Yes. You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing support@fofreso.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.

2. What if my order has already shipped?
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item within 30 days for a refund.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. Do you apply discounts after an order is placed?
No. Discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added retroactively.
