1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return or exchange any product within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

To begin your return, simply send us an email at support@fofreso.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A short explanation
  • Photos (if the item was damaged or incorrect)

Once approved, we will send you return instructions.


2. Return & Exchange Shipping Costs

We aim to make returns easy, but shipping costs vary based on the situation:

  • For defective or incorrect items: We’ll cover the shipping both ways.
  • For other reasons (like a change of mind): You’ll cover the return shipping.

3. Exchange Process

Want to exchange your item? No problem.

After we receive your return and confirm it meets our conditions:

  • We will ship out the new item.
  • If the item is no longer available, you’ll receive a full refund instead.

Please note:

  • Return and replacement shipping are free for defective or wrong items.
  • Otherwise, shipping costs are your responsibility.

4. Refund Process

After inspecting your returned item:

  • We process approved refunds within 3–5 business days.
  • The money is returned to your original payment method.
